Name Arboretum, University of Guelph
Location The University has many good walking trails in the open with gardens and also in the forest.  After a lot of rain the forest trails are really neat because the water can come up to and cover the wood planks that are built to walk trough some of the forest trails

Location Between Arkell and Stone Rd. close to the river
Terrain Hills, rock, open and closed forest, a pond with a dam which leads to another trail
Length 60-30 min
Difficulty Average, with a good climb/decent depending which way you go through the trail

Name Preservation Park
Location At the new set of lights on Kortright Rd. between Scottsdale Rd. and Edinburgh Rd.
Terrain Forest, some trails have lots of roots
Length Many trails so it depends on how many trails you take so from 25 min. to 45 min.

Name Downtown Trail
Location Along Speed River from York to Speedvale
Terrain Gravel / Crushed stone, but I am not sure if it is completed
Length 0.75km in Heritage Park, 3.6km total proposed trail length

Name Eramosa River Trail
Location Connects at the Downtown Trail (the Covered Bridge) and follows the Eramosa River to Victoria or you can continue walking until you get to Stone Road across from the Barber Scout Camp
Terrain Crushed stone, in and around forest
Length 4.1 km total length, 2.3 km from the Covered Bridge to Victoria Road, 1.8 km from Victoria Road to Stone Road (across from the Barber Scout Camp)

Location Connects the Downtown Trail (at Gordon Street, the Covered Bridge) to the Hanlon Creek Trail
Terrain Crushed stone 
Length 4.9 km

Location Connects from the Silvercreek trail to Preservation Park

Location Connects from the Downtown trail to a trail which leads to Guelph Lake
Terrain Riverside Park is crushed stone, but after that the trail is in the forest
